I moved to Reno, Nevada in 1984 and have had several car issues as you might imagine and have never dealt with a better mechanic than Jim at satisfaction. I couldn't rate anybody any higher than I do. Jim

Jim took care of an issue with the oil sending unit in my 05 Yukon that's been ongoing for quite a while. The cost was very reasonable to replace the OSU, and he also covered a couple of other questions I had while we were on the phone. He was crawling around under my truck while talking with me looking for leaks! It's hard to find that kind of service. He also didn't try to sell me any repairs that aren't needed. That's always been a real thorn in my side when some shop tries to tell me something needs fixed when there's nothing wrong with it. Not only is Jim highly knowledgeable about my vehicle, he's very nice too. The service was great, and he left my Yukon just as clean as when I dropped it off. We will be using Satisfaction Automotive from now on for any repairs needed on my Yuk

Jim at Satisfaction is one of the most honest repair guys I know. He does a great job each and every time I go there.

The owner seems like a down to earth, honest person. That's quite refreshing these days. Not only that, he does great work. It's a quality place to take your vehicle. Highly recommend.
