I started racing 4 x 4s in the 1970s. I've worked on cars for over 40 years. Satisfied Service Center is the only place I will bring my cars. The service is great, professional, and the MOST HONEST mechanic shop I've ever been in. This IS the ONLY place to go for auto mechanic work!! Thank you Sean, you're the best!!

Brought my truck in because it was eating serpentine belts and my truck had the original spark plugs in it with 200k miles on them. Turns out I needed a new alternator for the serpentine belt and my spark plugs bolts were all rotted out. I tried to replace one of them myself but the bolt disintegrated trying to remove it leaving my one of my spark plugs harnest unsecure. Brought it here and the mechanic listened to my issues I was having. He replaced my alternator and drilled and tapped all my spark plugs bolts and replaced my spark plugs for me. Learned my lesson about maintenance. Truck was fixed in a timely manner at a fair price.

I've known Charlie & Sean for a few years now, and they've helped me out and been excellent to me. They are extremely proficient at what they do, and are great at diagnosing vehicle problems. Just be sure to give them as much information as possible about your problem. The more you know and the more information you have, the easier it is for them to figure out your problem. Call ahead to find out when it's best to bring your car by, and speak up if Charlie is on the phone. Highly recommended to all my friends. :)

Hands down the BEST mechanic shop in south jersey. Honest, Reliable mechanics who really know their stuff and go above and beyond to make sure things are fixed right the first time. Highly Recommended!!
