All I can say is I will never go back to them ever again. And I surely will never pay $900 to have brakes done on my car that is crazy! Mitch needs to tell his wife to stay out of that office because she sure don't know what she is doing there. She will quote you one thing and then turn around and say she never told you what you said she told you. It's so sad you can't trust these shops now days.

This guy has been in business in Lubbock for 39 years because he knows what he's doing and he charges a reasonable rate. They are so easy to work with. I recommend them to everyone

Whenever I come to Lubbock I seem to have car issues. They have always been so helpful. They give you amazing attention. They have never let me down. I trust them without question. They want you to be safe, first and foremost! The place isn't much to look at but that tells me their attention is on what they do, not how fancy the shop is! Highly recommend. Fair pricing. They worked on my Volvo and Toyota!

After a terrifying event of my car dying in the middle of traffic, my sister told me to call these guys. I cannot stress enough how amazing the entire experience was. They were honest, quick and charged me far less than I expected. On top of that, we got a ride home while they worked on our car. I will absolutely return if I have any other issues. If you're looking for honest mechanics, these folks are the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

Took my Lexus GX there today after a recommendation. I would be doing them a disservice not to write a review. Excellent service. Was having brake issues and suspicious of a brake fluid leak. Brad had my car fixed in just a few hours. Very honest and great price. I have found my new mechanic.
