If I could leave less than a star, I would. I found a coupon for $25 off full synthetic oil change and “free” tire rotation. When I called to get the price of a full synthetic oil change for my Tacoma, I was told $100, up to 5 quarts. They had asked what year, cylinders, etc. So, before tax I expected to be around $75 (simple math). Yeah……no! When the vehicle was finished, I was given a bill of $106.65 (after he removed $4.72 for fluid top-off I was not asked if I wanted). The breakdown includes extra charges for an additional 1.5 quarts (that should have been relayed in the phone call when they got all the vehicle information), a special filter (nothing special, it’s a standard filter), and labor. Not only their prices are decent and affordable but the quality of the work and the customer service it’s beyond, from the tech who did the recommended repairs to both owners Sammy and Eddie they give you piece of mind on regards the care of your vehicle. Tech stated that my Serpentine belt was 30% worn and said that it was up to me if I wanted to replace it. So it was entirely my choice to replace it, and I did. They did what anyone would do in that circumstance when I decided to change the belt. Overall, they did a great job. They were both professional and polite. I would recommend.
