I don’t usually write reviews, but this one gotta be said. This was my first time ever getting towed, and they clearly noticed that. Instead of explaining things honestly, they tried to charge me more than DOUBLE the normal price. Yeah, it was late at night and I didn’t have time or options, so I accepted it — but let’s be real, that don’t make it right. Taking advantage of someone just because they’re new and stressed is straight up scam behavior. What really gets me is how they act all nice and “compassionate” while doing it. Don’t smile in my face and talk friendly while overcharging me like that. That ain’t professionalism, that’s manipulation. I honestly don’t understand how this company has such high ratings. If you’re experienced and know towing prices, maybe you’ll be fine. But

Sam was SUPER helpful in transporting my lowered car to the shop for repairs. I called and set up the tow service appointment on the same day. He was on time and careful with situating my car on his custom truck flatbed - ensuring that underside of my front/rear bumpers were not scuffed in the process. His flatbed is custom made with a slight dip to eliminate the chance damaging cars. His car strap down method protected the finish on my wheels from being scuffed by having the strap contact tires rather than the wheels.Last but not least, the trip to the shop was smooth with Sam’s careful driving. I don't often write reviews, but came here to say a lot of great things about this towing service and the guy running it. I was stuck on a highway entrance and chose Savior Towing since I honestly needed saving. Sam got there in under 15 minutes, and had the car and I to the shop in 30. He even gave me some sound advice on the damage on my car and turned a shitty situation into a chill one! Best tow.

Sam really lives up to the name of the company. He is super nice and efficient! He came to have my car towed quickly, shared great knowledge about car maintenance and charged a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him!
