I had an excellent experience with Sawyer Towing. From the moment I called, the dispatcher, Chad, was friendly, professional, and clear about the wait time and pricing. He was calm, helpful, and really set the tone for a smooth experience. The driver arrived right on time, was courteous, and handled my vehicle with great care. What really stood out was the owner. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in running an honest, reliable business. That kind of leadership filters through the entire team and makes a big difference. Reliable, honest, and efficient—Sawyer Towing has definitely earned my trust and highest recommendation.

My car was towed on a Friday night midnight of course after hours. The owner said where I parked there is a sign that says no parking, all violaters will be towed. The sign is on a building across from where I parked. I will send pictures whenever it quites raining. He also sounds like an uncaring smart ass. I was told a lot of people where I live had their cars towed the same. We were parked there all week until Friday. He's only after money. I'm going to send this to my insurance company to see what can be done. I wish I had the money to get a lawyer after this company.

Sawyer towing towed my vehicle from the scene of a crash I was involved in. All of my expensive belongings were taken from my vehicle. They claimed they had cameras , were going to view them and call me back. They never called me back and will not take my calls. The value of the missing items is around $4000.00. Pretty crappy.

The greatest tow truck company ever!!!! Wonderful to deal with and even better people out there than I expected in such an industry. Chad and the owner were terrific individuals and I highly recommend this company.

10/10 will use them anytime I need a tow from now on! They picked my car up from the side of the interstate in a very dangerous spot and brought my car to the mechanic quickly and in perfect condition. Really helped my situation be a lot less stressful and at a very good price!
