Finally a repair shop I trust. I was referred to this shop and after reading the reviews I decided to give them a try after having to wait for more than a week for the dealership to even begin to address my issue. This was my 2nd visit to SB Automotive and my experience both times was very good. Chris and the team at SB Automotive were great. My vehicle needed routine maintenance for 90k miles. They did an inspection and provided photos and videos of what they found. Prices are reasonable and competitive to me. I really appreciate the great customer service and the follow up a few days later to check in on how my vehicle was doing. Chris and David consistently do a wonderful job with my car and my significant other’s car. My family also brings their vehicles here for maintenance and repairs, and they have nothing but positive things to say. My significant other has a 2008 Toyota Avalon with over 250,000 miles, so finding a trustworthy shop was important to him. He brings his car to SB Automotive every 6–12 months for routine maintenance, and they have always been honest, professional, and reliable.
