Scenic Collision Center

Rude driver in Greensboro today was blocking traffic in the parking lot. Very unprofessional behavior and if that is indicative of service, people should definitely go elsewhere.

To make a long story short, we was involved in an accident on June 24th and sent it to scenic collision center to be repaired. Once they got the parts to fix the car we was told the estimated time it would be finished was July 24, well July 24th came and we was told it wouldn’t be done until July 28th, then July 28th came and we was told it would be ready the first of August, and of course it wasn’t finished. Me and my husband rode up there on August 4th and was told that all that had to be done was to assembly it back together, ao estimated time to be done was going to be Monday August 7th, we call August 7th and they tell us that it would be done today August 8th at 4:30, we asked if there would be any way we could get it at 4:00 and he said it would be fine to pick it up then. 3:45 we g

Scenic Collision was recommended to us following an accident on I-77 as we were headed to our home in Michigan. I cannot say enough about the quality workmanship on our car. The mechanical and body work was outstanding. Highly recommended. Beyond the work done I must also comment on how we were treated. We were upset after the accident and the folks at Scenic assured us that the personal items still in our car were safe, and that our car would be secure until we could return from Michigan to get it. We were kept informed during the process. We had left some money in the cup holder, and it was there when we picked the car up. Kudos to everyone at Scenic.

Scenic Collision provided very professional service, and worked directly with our insurance company with efficiency and professionalism. Stephanie in the front office was particularly helpful. I would return to them in a heartbeat if a need arises, and would gladly direct others their way.

Scenic Collision did such an amazing job at taking care of my Subaru after I was in a minor accident. When I got my car back it was absolutely beautiful. They took care to go the extra mile and make sure that it was detailed too! Sidney & Teresa did a great job, making sure everything was in good working order and kept me informed every step of the way excellent excellent customer service!
