Excellent Price, Excellent Staff, Expertly maintained vacuum area. We bring our fleet vehicles through here about 12 cars a week and I’ve never had a problem with the wash, vacuums, or had to wait on a spot. The management is doing a great job with their workers. Vacuum area is always clean and smiles on faces when coming through, even when we come on rainy days.

Came by as I'm visiting. I'm excited as it have the air compressor/blower because I needed to use it! Made my Murano shine up good.

Love it here. We got the package, so I just drive through & get free wash every day if I want!

I really don’t know what to base a review off of a car wash places except for cleanliness and vacuums. This place had a great vacuuming system in my car got clean after going through it. This place did have a mat washing station, which I think is important really enjoy having. Didn’t really interact with any of the staff so I couldn’t tell you about friendliness there.

Broad St location broke off my hood emblem. They shut down the wash and found it right away. Said the needed an incident report and would call me in a few days, which they did. Refused to pay for replacement because my car was more than 5 years old. Totally BS! So, if you drive a 2021 or older, drive away from this place. Lookout Valley has a great MOD Carwash next to Walmart. Much better wash, better prices and friendly professional staff. Multiple convenient locations throughout Hamilton County, TN.
