I’ve been going to Schaefer Automotive for nearly a decade now and it’s always been a fantastic experience. They’re always affordable, reliable and honest. If something isn’t right, they go above and beyond to make it right. As a woman, it can be intimidating to go to a mechanic without fear of being taken advantage of, and I never have that worry with these guys. From brakes to transmissions and everything in between, 10/10 will always recommend!

Setting up the initial appointment was quick and easy. They also worked me in quite quickly. The issue was resolved and the vehicle was repaired in good time. The only negative issue was with a defective replacement part. But that was fixed immediately.

It’s so tough being a single lady in a new town and trying to find an auto shop you can trust. I’m glad I found these guys through talking to my neighbors - they always communicate exactly what is going on in a way that I can understand. Ill never take my car anywhere else.

I took my 97 Camaro there a couple months ago. Now I have taken my 2010 F 150 to them. Had a good idea of what was going on with both. Running great. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They know vehicles young and old. Great service.

Had an issue with our vehicle not starting and almost being stranded. Dropped off after hours and left a voicemail about it. The next day, they were able to diagnose the issue and get it back to me fixed and ready to go before closing. These guys are professional, friendly and reasonable.
