In my experience, they were fast, courteous, and professional.

Charged for work not done. I provided the parts for the ball joints to be replaced. Charged for the work and it was not done. Following year failed inspection and mechanic verified they were from factory and never replaced. Not to mention he kept the parts I provided. There’s a reason someone drives around with a sign on their truck warning people about this place. Never heard 1 person say anything good about this place.

Mike has had my car since April to only call me 3 months into June to pick up my car Charged me over $2k to go over the whole car and repair little things. When he was telling and showing me all the things he did the door wouldn’t close right without slamming it. It wasn’t like that when brought in. Granted it’s a small convertible he says the arm on the door was hyper extended and this is the cause but his guys had to of done that. He said he would fix it and make it right. I gave grace. Brake issues with my car. Mike diagnosed the problem and got it covered under a part warranty. Needed my car for work and he squeezed me into his busy schedule. Great hometown business.
