I took my car in to get checked for an upcoming trip, then had the interior detailed. Sean suggested a minor checkup to ensure everything was in working order, which he included in the price of the detailing. The car looks fabulous!! I was thrilled with the customer service. Thank you Sean!!

I was welcomed and greeted with prompt service, which was a 24 point safety check. I was updated as I waited in a very comfortable waiting room where there were complimentary beverages and possibly snacks. All of my questions were answered and I was given a print out which Cameron completely explained to me, plus a carwash at no charge. Schloshman's Subaru City is a fantastic business that I would definitely recommend to someone looking for a great car.

I brought my mom’s Forester into Schlossman’s Subaru City for a routine oil change/tires rotation. A multi point inspection was also performed. The maintenance was done in a very reasonable amount of time while I waited in the customer waiting lounge area. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and stocked with some nice complimentary beverages and snacks. The Service Advisor (Sean) is a great advisor to assist you with your vehicle’s maintenance needs. The oil change/tires rotation was a reasonable price and they also gave the vehicle a complimentary car wash. I have been a returning customer of Schlossman’s Subaru City for several years and have never had a bad experience with buying vehicles from them or bringing my vehicles to them for service work.

I had a great experience! Sean Sent a car to jump my battery on a busy Saturday and I followed them back to the shop. It was below zero and they gave me a loaner, and then on Monday replaced my battery at no charge under warranty. Everyone, including person who jump started car was amazing. I had also purchased car from Morgan about a month earlier, who was also amazing to work with if you are car shopping, highly recommend!!!!!
