I recently took my 2004 Ford Ranger to them because I was having issues getting it in gear. If you want friendly people, and quick service at a fair price this is your shop. Awesome experience!!!

Hands down the best shop I have ever been too. I purchased a Suburban from a guy in Illinois who wasnt fully open to what was wrong with it. Took it down to Schlueter's and they fixed me up. Turns out I needed a new transmission and suspension work done. They got me in and everything replaced in a timely manner. They have the best customer service around town. I have been using them for 2 years now and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

This place is wonderful. I had a rental which went flat on me from Moline, Illinois. To my surprise, there was no spare in the trunk. Called a tow truck who got enough air in it to get to this shop a few blocks away as I didn't want to be riding dirty on the rim of the tire to do further damage. When I arrived, Beth greeted me and said we could have it done in a few minutes. Even though the rental company was difficult to deal with, Beth and Alex made this not only a painless process, but a fun one. It was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be and the we had a great time hanging out. I wish there was a body shop like this back home. Truly great people. No ripoffs, no scams, just amazing customer service and efficiency.

Congratulations Schlueter's on your award for Business of the year. It is well deserved. You don't get Business of the year if your not well loved by the community. There will always be those who complain. The majority has already spoken and we all love you. They are honest people which is extremely important to me. When you don't know what's wrong with your vehicle it's important to have a mechanic you can trust to not rob you blind! Thank you for treating us with kindness. Went to Schlueters to get a wheel alignment. They found an additional issue with my tie rods and fixed it on the spot. They explained the symptoms of the new issue and explained why I needed the extra work. Pricing was fair and the quality of work was excellent! I do feel that most mechanics are trying to scam you, but not Schlueters. I will use them for all of my future needs.
