Absolutely the best place to take your car when you have an issue with it. Kaylee and the mechanic Chris are phenomenal! They were able to pinpoint the issue with my car with such expertise. Not only that, they are quick with the turn around; I got my car back the next day. I would never go any place else. They are THAT good! They’re an honest shop that tells you exactly what your car needs without trying to upsell you just to make a few extra dollars, which is more than I can say for most places. Their work is always top-notch, and they stand behind it. They even follow up afterward to make sure everything is running smoothly. Kalee, who runs the front of the shop, is incredibly kind and communicative. And as a millennial, I can’t express enough how much I appreciate being able to text her about our vehicles—maybe it seems small, but as a working parent of two, it’s a huge convenience. Found this place after searching Google. Needed a cheaper deal on front brakes and rotors than what the Jeep dealership was quoting which was over $600 for the brake job and almost $200 to replace brake fluid. Schnauble gave me a great deal on front rotors and brakes and also changed my brake fluid out as well all for under $400.00. Very satisfied with the service. The office manager was very kind and responsive to my questions. She brought me the brakes they took off to show me how they were worn and wearing unevenly. Upon further research online it’s apparently an issue with the Jeep Renegade. They also said a wheel bearing may need to be replaced in the future but didn’t force it upon me immediately like most places will try and do. Will definitely be returning for any future service n
