Justine and the crew at Schoen were absolutely fantastic. I was in this week for some diagnostic work and an oil change. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. She also explained everything thoroughly and kept me apprised of progress throughout the time they had my car. Plus they were able to arrange a free loaner. Thank you all so much, I've definitely found my new forever auto shop!

Great experience getting my car battery replaced! Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. I only had an oil change and NYS inspection, but the staff was professional, friendly, respectful, attentive to questions, and helpful. The waiting room is clean, comfortable, and spacious. Making the appointment was quick and painless. They told me it would be about an hour while I waited. It was done in less than an hour. I think I just found my new go-to for auto service and maintenance!

We've been using Schoen for our regular services and repairs for the last couple years now. It is consistently a pleasure to work with these people; they know us by name and always have a smile or a kind word for our kids if they are with us. The front desk staff and mechanics are knowledgeable and willing to explain as much or as little as we need to know. We have never felt pressured into extra work or taken advantage of. One way they went above and beyond for me was that I by mistake came in for my oil change a week early, and they still found the time to take care of my car while I waited. (This was an un-looked for kindness; please do not demand it!)
