Took my car in for new alternator. They replaced my alternator but scratched up my paint on fender with belt buckel. Said it wasn't them were very rude. Will never take another vehicle here
Had an agreement with the garage to replace my motor and tranny. I was a young man who was desperate and trusted the garage. All they did was replace my AC pump. All that I wouldve appreciated was some honesty and transparency about the whole situation, they lied again and again and swear they replaced my motor but they did not. I know an ac pump job could be around $800-1000 so it’s not completely unfair as far as price but the dishonesty is disgusting to me.
