The parts department is far from a pleasant experience. I recommend you take your business to a different dealership unless you want to be treated like trash

They always hang up while ordering a part it's the worst

After dealing with most of the dealers around town, I can honestly say that the Schomp dealerships are terrible and the parts department is should be scrapped and replaced with employees that will actually help customers. This particular ford dealership has the worst reputation in town. What a disappointment.

Went in to get my airbag replacement due to a recall, and was it not replaced but after the "work" my airbag light is now on. I called too see why this is now happening as it wasn't happening prior to the visit, the Tech told me "you must've damaged it before you came in" absolutely horrible customer service

These kids don't know how to work without a computer, I had part number and my wallet, kid couldn't sell me the part because the system is down
