Schomp Ford Service Center

This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. Incredible incompetence matched with zero accountability. They had my vehicle for over a month. They misdiagnosed the issues. Fixed the wrong things. Didn’t finish the jobs they started (hoses never reconnected) And then charged me $10,000 for it. After taking it to another mechanic, I found out they made even more mistakes than the ones that were obviously wrong. I went back over and over to try to sort things out and each time it seemed to only get worse. Lots of promises were made to make me whole but, in the end, almost nothing was done correctly and now I’m out $10,000 on a 5 year old vehicle. Do not take your vehicles there. I understand how mistakes can be made, but someone has to be accountable eventually. T

I will very rarely write a negative review (I work with customers and understand the other side of things), but unfortunately after a number of poor experiences it's time to warn others. Where to begin. Yesterday I had an appointment to get some routing maintenance done. Scheduled their valet service for a 9 am pick up, they gave ma 45 minute pick up window when the car could be picked up. They then showed up at 10:15 (30 minutes after the end of their pick up window), called twice which I missed and called back within 2 minutes, then "cancelled my valet service". The whole notification of arrival and cancelling of valet, after being 30 minutes late, was less than 5 minutes then they cancelled (per their terms its a 15 minute window they should give). Brought my old Taurus in for the annual oil change & inspection. I drive it approximately 1,500 miles per year. Added a few extra service items it was due for & didn’t take as much time as I’d expected. Always a great experience! Excellent communication & never any bad surprises.

I realy hope you guys see this review. My wife, ZOLA. Has been waiting two months for her 2nd New engine due to a recall in a single year. The last time, Ford paid for her a rental and let us keep it until the car was finished. This time they are telling me that they're not getting her a rental and they have NO loaner vehicle for her. It's been 2 months and still no update nor loaner vehicle. So until we get one I will be calling corporate and this particular dealership EVERY SINGLE DAY, untill ZOLA is back on the road. This fiasco has cost us THOUSANDS of dollars and we will never buy a FORD again.

Has to be the worst place ever to get work done I took in my car for a routine oil change. They brought up a couple things and told me would take half a day to get done under Warranty They proceeded to hold onto my vehicle for three weeks and I would call every day for an update, and their response was always “it would be done by tomorrow.” Didn’t have my vehicle for three weeks. Picked it up and still have to take it to get it done by another dealership. Do not come here
