I had an outstanding experience at Subaru Schulte Service Center. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and efficiency of the entire team were evident. The lady at the reception bay set a welcoming tone, and the service advisors continued that standard with their attentive care. I recently had a frustrating experience at this service center, but Jason, the service manager, reached out personally. He was kind, sincere, and took the time to apologize. They made things right, and I truly appreciated the care and professionalism.

Customer service folks are really great. Taking a car in for repairs is a bumber but some how they make it fun! Repairs seem to be fine too. And having a loaner car is so convienient (except now my wife wants to buy it😉). Highly recommended.

I service my Ford F150 at Subaru. They are very good handling any issues quickly and fairly. Free car wash with service. Snacks while you wait. A ride home if you want and you can bring your dog and hang inside or outside at the dog park. What's not to love!!!

Did a thorough inspection of my car and told me what needed to be fixed and what could wait without pressing me to get things fixed that would be expensive. Also, they couldn't finish the work by the end of the day on Friday, so they sent me home with a new loaner for the weekend, free of charge 😀
