I had experience with this shop once before for a brake job and they did fine with it. Took the same vehicle in for no-start problem (2006 F250 SuperDuty) and it turned into a cluster. I don't believe these guys know how to be honest in their dealings with customers. I asked them to give me a quote of the repairs and was told they were waiting on a fuel pump to come in as they determined that was the problem. I asked what the cost was for the fuel pump and was told they didn't know. I supplied them a fuel filter and so I was waiting to see what the pump would cost before I gave the go-ahead. I get a call telling me that my truck was ready and that they drove it. I get there and was presented with a bill for over $600. No quote was ever given and I was given a litany of "problems" for whic

They were very professional and helpful. Told me exactly what my issues were, and called to let me know price ahead of time. Fixed my car in a timely manner. Check on me to make sure , I was happy with the car when I got home.

Schultz garage went out of their way to take care of my issue after business hours to take care of power steering leak. Jeff Schultz gave the proper diagnostic in a timely fashion and fixed the expedition while I waited. Above and beyond true customer service the way it used to be where customer service is number 1 !!

They gain your trust and then take advantage. Rude, expensive, unreliable and untrustworthy. The place looks more like a scrap yard than an auto repair shop. I will never deal with these people again and have told all my associates the same.
