The reviews saying overpriced are very accurate. This place is very untrustworthy and I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. This is somewhat my fault for even going back a second time, but I was really trying to establish trust in a new shop for things that I couldn't do myself, or stuff that would just be much easier on a lift. My first visit, I asked Schulz to install a new transmission pan and a new steering shaft. I provided both parts so there were no parts charges, only labor. I left with a $730 bill. 2 hours labor to swap a transmission pan. I've changed the transmission pan, fluid, and filter myself in about 30 minutes. not sure where all the additional time came from. Schulz also called prior to this install and said that my leak was no coming from the pan but somewhere else o

TLDR: overpriced, low quality troubleshooting and untrustworthy. I brought my truck to Shultz in late June. It was making a concerning noise and I was short on time to look into it myself. I debated posting a review, but after a friend shared their experience with me, I realized I needed to speak up. The repair process took about two weeks, and communication was poor. When I called after several days of silence, they claimed they had tried calling me multiple times to authorize work before the 4th of July holiday but couldn’t reach me because my voicemail was full. My voicemail wasn’t full, and I had no missed calls. I gave them the benefit of the doubt — technology can be unreliable — but this was my first red flag. Truly amazing, they squeezed me in last minute for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. They were very communicative about the repairs i needed and made sure all repairs and parts were approved before actually doing anything. Honest people who don’t try to con you on work!

If I could give negative stars I would. My son took his 2011 Yamaha YZF to them to bore-rebuild motor for better performance. Well lets just say they had the bike for over a year and half (Some of the delay was a financial issue due to moving and job change on our part). He has over 11,000.00 in this bike it sounds like crap. They claim to be certified well if that was the case the bike would not be at another location getting corrected. They charged him for things they did not do and for parts they did not put in. The bike had to be towed back to them 2 times for the same issue. We spoke with the owner who was not pleasant at all. If you want to waste your money, get your stuff back worse than it was then this is the place for you. They had a flood one of the parts got lost. T

After calling a couple motorcycle repair shops, Amanda at Schulz was the only shop boss who would give me the time of day. I had an old bike with an unknown problem at the beginning of the busiest season. Right away, she warned me that it would take a while, but they'd be happy to fix it. She was patient and honest every time I called to check in and, after a couple weeks, it's running better than it ever was. Great customer service, excellent work and good vibes from this place.
