Service Advisor Robin Decker does a great job every time I deal with her. She's very knowledgeable and offers good advice. She does what she says she is going to do. I've had nothing but great experiences in dealing with her and the service department at schumacher.

Our service advisor Robin was excellent. She communicated clearly and managed our expectations for the repair perfectly. The repairs were completed efficiently. 100% high marks for Robin and Schumacher Subaru Service.

On October 16th I took my Ascent to WPB Service Dept. regarding my passenger rear door. Jonathan Alvarado was my service advisor, as upset as I was about a missing part he resolved the problem. Returning back to replace my door trim another problem arose with my hatch locking with ringing noises, since the car is still under warranty Jonathon addressed the problems we had it fixed. Being down there 4 times he made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Schumacher Subaru should be grateful to have a wonderful employee that takes the extra mile with his customers. Thank you again Jonathan.
