Went to Sciacca's to find out why my heat in my car wasn't working so I left my car as I was told to do so by Charlie & a few hours later he calls me back to say that my car was ready 😲 which was strange to me because from my experience in dealing with shops in the past they're supposed to call you first before any work is done because what if I didn't have the money to pay for whatever work needed to be done but nevertheless Charlie told me the price & I then came to pay it to retrieve my vehicle. After I got there to retrieve my vehicle, Charlie says "you're good to go, you have heat now. " moments later after leaving the shop while driving down the road I noticed that I did not have heat so I immediately called Charlie, he tells me to bring the vehicle back, at this point the vehicle is
