I have nothing but the best things to say about the service I received at Serna. Our car was ready faster than I expected, the detailed was so well done it looked like it was just out of the dealer ! The customer service was top notch ! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful - specially Vanessa, very hardworking, made sure I understood everything I was signing and made the whole experience much more pleasant. I hope I won’t need to go back anytime soon but also glad to know I have this place to trust my car with.

Got my fender, door fixed, dents, wheels and scratches all around - all fixed no questions. Car is like it came first day from the shop. They did extra at no cost - cleaning under the hood, washed car, organized everything. All for the good price and less than a week turnaround. They showed me videos of the process and photos. Cleaned inside and washed the car. Great service!

Sadly my van was crashed into while it was parked but thanks to their service it was left looking and feeling brand new. Excellent service, great communication and efficient work. Would definitely recommend!!
