I brought in a 2022 Subaru Forrester with a small crack in the windshield. I had brought in my outback a couple years earlier so I felt confident that they could do the job well. They installed the new windshield and could not get it calibrated in the Forrester. The vehicle had absolutely no issues prior to bring it in to have a cracked windshield fixed. They returned it to me uncalibrated because they Damaged the cameras when installing the new windshield. They would not accept responsibility and stated that the car came in damage. This is completely untrue. To repair the cameras it’s over $5000. He wouldn’t even reimburse for the windshield that was incorrectly installed. Thank you
