Got shrapnel stuck in my tire. Even though they didn't have my tires in stock, they quickly acquired some. The installation was fast and they even noticed my brake pads were bad. They provided excellent service and worked around my busy schedule. Just in time for the snow fall. I feel confident driving now. My truck drives smooth. I'm not afraid of sliding in the black ice. These are definitely great tires.

Heading back home (Houston) my fan exploded. I had to uber to Blackhawk for hotel (Saturday) Monday morning called explaining the situation. Was told to get them the keys . Uber down gave them the keys they got me uber to hotel. Tuesday mid afternoon contacted said truck was ready . They got me and my service dog uber to the shop and picked it up. Everyone was so nice explaining everything warranty nationwide, makes me almost wish I lived there to be personable shop.. I can’t say enough..

I took my vehicle to Scott’s Automotive in Wheat Ridge for an alignment after replacing the front sway bar links. The service was excellent — professional, prompt, and easy to work with. Nikki was great, and everything was handled on time. My only concern was the inspection. I was told my brake pads were at 2 mm and that both the brakes and rotors needed immediate replacement. After checking myself, the smallest pad measurement I found was 5.55 mm, which indicates plenty of life remaining. It seems something may have been overlooked. Overall, great customer service and professionalism — just be mindful of inspection recommendations.

I recently brought my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 into Scott’s Automotive to take care of a few maintenance issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They replaced my leaking cooler lines and also handled the front and rear differential fluid, transfer case fluid, and oil change. From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and clearly knew their stuff. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and why, gave me an accurate estimate up front, and had my truck back to me right on schedule. It’s running smoother than it has in a long time, and the work looks top-notch. It’s great to find a shop you can actually trust with both big and routine maintenance. We would be LOST without Cam and Nikki at Scott's Auto! We use them to maintain our short bus and passenger van for our school age aftercare and summer camp program. Because we transport children on various feild trips, having safe and reliable vehicles is of the utmost importance. Not only have they been readily available and quick to work in time-sensitive situations (break-ins, check engine light issues, dead batteries, etc.), but they always provide thorough service and honest recommendations.
