Scotts South Town Service

Would leave ZERO stars if possible. They didn't do what they said they were going to do. They had my vehicle for 11 days and never even looked at it. Gave me the run around about it. Had to eventually have them tow it somewhere else to get my work done. They charged two different amounts for the tow, even though it was the exact same distance. I checked. And they damaged the front of my vehicle in the process. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and I would absolutely 100% take your vehicle anywhere else. Do not waste your time.

This company is wonderful. They quickly came to our assistance after our car accident. The tow truck driver was kind and patient. The receptionist went above and beyond to be helpful and ease our mind during a very stressful time. HIGHLY recommend this company!

Supper friendly staff and decently priced for servic I had to have a hose ordered got it the next day

They take forever to fix your vehicle, don't call to give you updates, hardly ever answer their phone... The only nice thing I can say is that they're friendly. After our front passenger wheel flew off and they towed it to their lot, they've been intermittently working on it for over four months and it's still not done!! I was very understanding about it for the first 2 months because some of the parts were on back order, but now I'm just flat out frustrated. We had to go out and buy a cheap vehicle so my other half could get back and forth to work and now that one is broke down and we still don't have our truck back.

Great people to work with. I would highly recommend them for their towing service.
