I came into Scottsdale collision shortly after a front end collision and Jess helped me with all the questions I had and made this entire process a breeze. When I got my truck back, i was genuinely impressed of how good a job SCC did with restoring my vehicle. This is a great, no BS shop and will be my preferred shop moving forward.

Many problems if you own a Tesla. For Tesla repairs they get 2 stars. And that’s only because Jessica tried most of the time to help me, however, it always seemed like she was hostage to a terrible business. They needed almost 3 months to repair a fender and wheel totaling 11k on my Tesla model 3. This is not a big deal people. Communication was poor. They sent me 1-2 garbage tests updates a week. Never put me in contact with the mechanics or shop owners when I complained about how long the repairs were taking. My car was left outside most of the time. When I went by the shop to check on things I found my windows open the day before major rains! When I finally received my vehicle it was with phone calls at 4:30 pm saying your car is ready for pickup at 5 when we close! Just ridicul

I had an unexpected accident with my car. Oscar from SCC was so kind to getting my car in the same day and having it repaired by the end of the week. The communication was top tier, and efficient. Savannah was so wonderful when I went to pick up my car. She was friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs repair on their car! Thank you SCC!

Scottsdale Collision Center & Paint did very quality work on my vehicle. Price was fair. You get what you pay for! The staff was very communicative and friendly. Would recommend.
