I had a damaged rim thanks to an awful pothole on the inner loop, so I took my car to Scotty’s. While it is difficult to find rims on the market for my specific car model, we were able to get one from the dealership and Scotty’s was able to help us replace the old one. They were very kind and communicative through all of the confusion in my situation! I spoke mostly to Till who was very helpful and kind. Scotty’s has your best interests in mind & I’d recommend them for anyone who needs help in a pinch!

Our grandson had a weekend emergency while visiting Rochester. Scotty's was recommended, and we are all so glad he chose it!! Car was repaired well, fair prices, and he checked a few things just to take care of a young driver. Thank you so much!! This garage seriously understands customer service and integrity.

I cannot recommend Scotty's enough. As a student there is a student discount, and consistently Paulie gives me some of the best prices with the best service. My current car is very sentimental and he is always helping me what is most economical. My car just got taken in for a tune up of something near the front right tire and because it was a part that they had installed, they fixed it free of charge. Absolutely amazing. If you go anywhere go here!!

y family dropped off a car with a flat tire in hopes that it would get fixed. We were told that it would be available Saturday June 28th, and that we would receive a call when we could pick the car up. Around 4 p.m. with no call, I called checking the status. A man on the phone said “yes that car is being worked on, we will call you shortly to come pick it up” At around 5 p.m. we called and were sent to voicemail multiple times. At 6:30 p.m. we arrived at the shop to find that not only was the car not done, but it had not even been looked at, still in the same position that it was left in. One of the mechanics told us he had no clue why the car was untouched, seemingly disinterested in our situation.
