I had a great experience with this towing company! Dennis was my driver, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. He made a stressful situation so much easier with his professionalism and positive attitude. He explained everything clearly and handled my vehicle with care. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this company — especially Dennis!

My daughter's car was leaking oil somehow, approximately 40 miles from home. Didn't feel she would make it without adding more damage to the car. I called our auto insurance company. The first available & close to her location on I-185. Scotty's was called with a willingness to allow me to pay when the car was dropped off. Dennis reached out to me to confirm my daughter's location. He arrived a lot sooner then expected, and I met him at drop off point. Dennis was very nice and kind on the phone and in person. I would like to start by saying 10/10 recommend!!! My car is inoperable at the moment and I needed it towed to my dealership to have an RnR for my alternator. I reside in a small rural town that doesn’t have towing services in the near area. Dennis my service provider greeted me with a smile and was very thorough and professional with his service. I knew my car was good hands. I would also like to note he drove an hour out to my home lifted my car on the tow bed anchored and secured it then drove another hour and fifteen mins out to my dealership to drop it off. Given the weather conditions it was dark, foggy and misty and Dennis executed the pick up and drop off in a timely matter. My daughter had a flat tire stuck on interstate with two babies. We called and Scotty’s towing came out and towed her car to our house. They were very quick and so kind we really appreciate y’all. Thank you for your swift response last night. I was actually finally contacted by the other company that I had called two hours before calling you after I got home almost four hours after the initial call…. You were there in under an hour!!!
