I needed a new tire on the front driver’s side of my truck and they got me in early on my day off to get it taken care of. Unfortunately, upon changing the tire, they found that my ball joints were cracked and needed to be replaced and it was too dangerous to leave and drive off like that! It caused a mishap in my plans but they worked quickly and efficiently to get it replaced and taken care of so I could drive safely when leaving. Even though they had a full day of appointments, they worked on my truck and got me ready to pick it up by 2pm. I appreciate the work and diligence and the honesty when dealing with the staff at Screen Muffler. I’m even from out of town and will still drive to them for business!
