Excellent customer service. These men will take care of you. They didn’t take advantage of the fact that I didn’t know much about cars. I was fighting with my car insurance since the person that hit me happen to have the same car insurance. Another location wasn’t willing to work with me because the person that hit me had a policy that was only $10,000 so I was in a tough spot. My car looks good as new and they made this whole experience, painless, and less stressful. This is an honest shop. I will always bring my car to this shop if I happen to need fixing to my car . I will be forever grateful that my foreman suggested for me to take my car to Scrimale's Collision.

Hands down, the best auto body/collision shop I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! John and Tony went above and beyond in every way possible. They were prompt, professional and extremely reasonable in their pricing. I was treated like family from the minute I spoke with them and I am extremely grateful for the work that they did on my 2019 Subaru Impreza! John and his wife are some of the nicest and most genuine people I've ever met. They treat everyone with compassion and make you feel like your concerns are being heard and cared about. My husband works here, and so I know first hand the level of quality and expertise that goes into each job, no matter if it's a tiny dent or a complete paint job. Each job and every person matter here, and it shows in their quality of work and attention to detail. Basically what I'm trying to sum up is, this place is top notch! The owners and staff care and truly love what they do, and it shows with every car.
