The team here is incredible—I watched three guys work diligently on my car for over three hours. Their attention to detail is unmatched. First of all, I paid with the wrong credit card— went back to the cashier and asked him to void the transaction and bill the right card and he told me he couldn’t do that. It appeared he didn’t know how, but I could be mistaken. Second, I’m sitting there with my kids waiting for our “Interior Plus” treatment to be done and another customer comes in from the gas pump freaking out because somehow his son got gasoline on his face and in his eyes. Cashier just sits there, doesn’t offer to help, call poison control or anything. Dad freaks out even further when he goes into the bathroom and there’s no soap— comes out and tells the cashier there’s no soap for him to use to wash his son off. Cashier says “what do you want me to do bro, I’m not the maid I don’t fill soap dispensers.” Direct quote.

They scratched my new suburban. It’s really sad. Never there anymore.

I have been too many places to have my car cleaned to clean it myself, and this is by far the best one. Sometimes it’s very busy and then other times it’s pretty routine. I’ve noticed the same guys there for a long time which is a really great sign for me. I left there the other day, and I was so impressed with the diligence that they put into waxing and cleaning the interior. It’s worth noting that the manager has also been the same. He’s very calm and I find his demeanor very welcoming. It’s not an easy business and I’m very impressed with the quality and the reliability of this particular store.

It's good service. Pretty overpriced, and I don't like the attendants hovering over you kind of pushing you to get the unlimited wash. Made me feel pretty uncomfortable, especially since the unlimited washes are pretty expensive themselves. Also, I've never in my life seen a car wash that charges for the vacuums. Vacuums have always come free with a wash everywhere else I've been.
