ScrubaDub Car Wash (Marlborough)

Worst car wash I have ever gotten!! Wax was dripping down the side of my car and was all over my passenger mirror. All of my windows were spotted so bad I could hardly see out of them. I’m wondering if there is a malfunction with the rinse cycle??? Unfortunately I did not know how dirty my car was until I got home. I never would’ve thought to get out of my car and inspect for cleanliness before I drove off. It was also the quickest car wash of my life. Maybe they sped it up too quickly because of all the people in line. I’ve never had to wash my car after getting a car wash. I’m never going back again. I would like to get a refund.

The absolute greatest car wash in the universe!! Super busy here, but the staff handle it with extreme efficiency and superb customer service! The car wash itself is second to none! My car comes out looking brand new, every time!From the car wash to the vacuum area this place is keep spotless and free of debris from top to bottom. Great positive atmosphere here as the staff here simply can not do enough for you and always ensure that I had the greatest car wash experience every visit here!! I washed my car for 3 months, then it's been 7 months since I last washed it, and it simply doesn't get dirty. Is the rain washing my car? 🤫 I don't know what Scrubadub uses on cars, but my car simply hasn't gotten dirty anymore. Congratulations!

Absolutely 💯, greatest service I've ever received from a car wash attendant. Nick was very patient, and helpful and kind He was a real professional and had all my questions answered right away. I woukd recommend this location to anyone that wants to be treated like family, as that is what Nick did so very well.
