ScrubaDub Car Wash (Medford)

Dangerous and Poorly Run I had a really concerning experience at the new ScrubaDub car wash and would strongly recommend avoiding it. While I was on the conveyor belt, the vehicle in front of me suddenly stopped moving — but the belt continued pushing my car forward. As a result, my car hit the vehicle in front of me and actually pushed it off the track. This is an extremely dangerous situation in what is supposed to be a controlled, automated environment. We had to notify the staff ourselves that there had been a collision. When I asked to speak with the manager, no one went to get them. After waiting about five minutes, I had to walk into the wash area myself to find the manager. Love the wash !!! But only 4 vacuums in a busy area, every time I come here I NEVER get a vacuum with all that space you would think they would have put more. We need more locations like Chelsea !!! Chelsea is still the only location that I never have a complaint.

I showed up asking about a special program, and the young guys working there didn't quite know how to help me. Although it took a few minutes for them to sort it out, I was happy to see they were willing to accommodate my request. One of them even shook my hand, good man!

No prep , trying to sell memberships, left there with a dirty rear window & running boards weren’t touched for $16

Brand new! Glad Medford finally has a truly great carwash with friendly staff and modern equipment.
