The all around service I have received from Scuderia has been the best overall, even compared to all other dealerships I’ve dealt with. Mike has great customer skills & really cares about making sure you are satisfied during & after making your purchase. He has continued to check in on me to make sure everything is going well & to ask if there’s anything he can do. Kareem was very misleading from start to finish. He sold us a Maserati that was not compliant with California state laws. It had no catalytic converter and a custom exhaust but somehow passed SMOG. He informed us about this pre purchase but said he would fix the issue if we wanted to buy the car. He told us he scheduled the repair and over the next 5 days we paid for the car to be towed 4 times to shops that weren't open and never agreed to doing the work. We also found a discrepancy in the paperwork that stated we only out down a thousand dollars less than we actually did and found out he switched lenders from the one we were given approval from through our bank to a lender with a similar name with higher interest rates through his business. Going in alone as a woman it’s hard sometimes but they made sure everything was great for me even down to checking up on me after getting the car goes just to show they go above and beyond for there customers! Thank you! I’ll definitely be referring my friends and family! It was easy and all I really had to do was sit there and they did everything!
