Customer Reviews
What a great experience!! The team at Scuderia West are some of the best! They were very friendly and easy to work with! Caleb was up front with me with everything on the bike. told me about the previous owner really making me feel cofortable about the sell. and then my bank gave Don a little bit of trouble and delayed my the check but he handled it great! and They still let me take it home on the date we had already agreed! I wish i lived closer to them so i could use them more! I cant express how good of a experience this was!!
Not only can you buy a Vespa or Aprilia motorcycle or a dirt bike here, but once you buy it you become part of the Scuderia family. Caleb is your salesman, Kennedy shows you the websites and accessories, Nick is all about the tune ups and engine, and Don will do the money. It’s also a nice place in the Dogpatch to go for a walk with your doggy. People here are all very nice and will treat you well.
Thought this Dealership would prove better service on KTM. But the stigma behind KTM 's issues is real. And it's criminal I have a KTM 890R adventure with a blown rear Shock. 1st acting like a normal service writer. Took all information on unit Have a extension warranty and requested a good will claim. Well now after 3 weeks all i get is no return phone calls and avoiding me as a customer. Called the KTM customer service and they told me that this Dealership NEVER PUT IN THE Warranty Claim . Im.a retired motorcycle tech. Been a service writer. Service Manager and education on Dozens of Warranty manufacturer. Warranty expert. Cant believe that they lied and now ignoring the issues. Just because its a difficult case to handle. Service department is only good for maybe oil changes and
Excellent buying experience from start to finish … Caleb in sales was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful; Don made the purchasing process seamless; Kennedy is an expert on all things clothing and accessories; and Neil (I think) walked me through set-up, break-in and service related. Nice location to test ride bikes too!
I picked up a Piaggio Liberty 150 from here on Saturday. Took BART to the T line and walked down to their place in Dogpatch. It’s a beautiful place, uncrowded and down near the water, quite different from the old place! Picked up the Piaggio and talked to the svc mgr, sales mgr Caleb, and parts mgr. I’ve been riding for 45 years now and have dealt with shops from Thousand Oaks to Elk Grove and the lack of BS during the whole process was so refreshing! Just a chill experience from beginning to end. A nice ride back to San Jose from there as well. Couldn’t be happier.
