They fixed my vehicle's issue (sway bar end links) after a different shop wanted to charge much more to replace struts, which would have cost more and wouldn't have even solved the problem. I'm a new customer today. My diesel RAM has two batteries that died yesterday and I'm too busy to change them myself. I called the Jeep guy a few doors down who services my wife's vehicle, but he turned me away and told me that SCV Auto was more suited to work on my truck. I called yesterday and asked if they could see me today on short notice. I spoke to Mona (one of the owners) and she agreed but told me I couldn't wait because she wasn't sure how long it would take and whether she could find the batteries here in SCV or have to get them from the valley.
