SD EZ RENT

So, the place is on a pretty sketchy spot, no communication whatsoever from host, place claims to be open 24hrs, however when I arrived to pick up my car, it was closed and it seemed abandoned, tried to contact host and was not successful, contacted Turo, they said they can’t call him so I had to stand out there in the cold and call for 30 mins straight with no answer, Turo has to wait 30 mins to cancel a trip for a no show. hopefully I get refunded, very very bad service, I would recommend to make sure you book from a private party, someone’s actual vehicle, this business is not it.

Great service! Very easy to get ahold of and reserve my car. My Model Y was very clean when I got in it with a full charge. Much easier than typical rental car companies! I highly recommend EZ Rent.

This place cancelled my reservation at 3 AM the morning of the trip, and offered no solution other than saying “Sorry, the trip is cancelled”. Avoid at all costs.
