Driver at 3:30pm 11/13/18 from woodland to yuba city constantly driving 15mph over the speed limit, tailgating drivers, passing on a double yellow curve, and nearly hitting me and an oncoming semi. Horrible driver, it's a semi truck not a sports car. This guy is going to kill someone
