I can’t recommend SE Collision Center enough! From the moment I walked in, Taylor at the front desk made me feel genuinely cared for after my accident. While I was trying to navigate repairs with the other party and my insurance, he consistently checked in to see when I was ready to bring my car in. When I finally did, I happened to be out of the country, but Taylor kept me updated throughout the entire process. By the time I returned, my car was finished and looked absolutely amazing—better than I could have hoped for. He was also incredibly helpful coordinating with my insurance company to make sure all the necessary parts were obtained without any hassle. The whole team at SE Collision Center is fantastic. Stephen and the SE autobody team helped me get my car fixed after I was hit from behind by another driver. Their team did a great job on fixing my car in record time, from answering all my questions to washing my car, it looked great when I picked it from their location. A couple of days After i picked up my car, I had a couple extra questions about my car repairs and Stephen and the team took the time to take a look and help me with my concerns. I went here for my car repair and had such a smooth and great experience. When I first went, there was a guy at the front desk who was so nice and patiently answered all my questions and explained the process to me. Then I got assigned a service advisor Taylor who was wonderful to work with- he was very nice, respectful, courteous and answered all my questions well. I could tell they knew what they were doing. He kept me updated on the status of my car repair and they got it done ahead of schedule and the work was spectacular! Really high quality work which I was pleased by! It was also very convenient how they picked me up for my car rental and I just dropped it off at SE collision center when I didn’t need it anymore and they took care of the return. Highly recommend this place!

I got into my first car accident a month ago and my insurance sent me to SE Collision Center. My experience here was great. The communication and customer service is exceptional. They keep you updated with automated texts, are quick to return calls, and conveniently sent up rental services. Taylor did a good job of explaining the process and answering questions/concerns I had. He and his team worked hard to fix my car, and the repairs were completed sooner than expected. About a week after I picked up my car, I noticed a bubble on my new tire. I contacted SE Collision, and Taylor helped me work with my insurance to get it replaced.
