Bad business!!! My friend's husband had been researching the website for a truck to lease. He came across Seamless auto Hempstead LI NY. He saw a truck that he was interested in their lot, so he decided after talking to them through their website and phone that he liked the deal. My friend calls & asks me if I wouldn't mind going to LI and driving her back so that her husband would be able to pick up a truck. She's from the Catskills and wouldn't feel comfortable driving back. I said absolutely no problem I would love to do that for you. Now we live in the Catskills upstate NY. So we head down to LI. How can I get in touch with someone here? I've left countless messages and no one returns my call. I think I got scammed into buying an extended warranty. There is no warranty info in my sales contract and wouldn't you know, I need some work done. I know this location is closed but there has to be someone from another location that handles inquiries. Does anyone have any info they can share or know the name of the company they used for their "warranty" coverage?
