Seattle Pros Tires

After an unfortunate tire pop, I was recommended to go this location and was able to get a replacement quickly and efficiently. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and offered me different price options based on my financial situation. I drove away with a beautiful new set of tires for a reasonable price. Additionally, the warranty offered is generous and kind. Highly recommend for emergencies and repairs alike.

I stopped by on my short lunch for air due to a slow leak that was really adding stress to my day! The owner said he could fix it quickly so I hesitantly said go ahead because I didn’t want to end up in a worse situation with a flat. He had it fixed and ready to go within 5 minutes and did it with a smile! They impressed me and did such an amazing job! Thanks guys!

Have never had a better autoshop experience in my life. They took me as an immediate walk in and had my tire fixed within 20 mins. I went in expecting to buy a new tire, and even though they could have sold me one, they told me the truth that they could just patch mine, so I appreciate their integrity. While I was there they put me in a nice heated room and offered their TV and WiFi to me. I will never to go another tire shop in Seattle again!

On the plus side these guys are brave enough to take on projects they don't know much about like changing the rims on my difficult to change beadlock g wagon tires. On the negative these guys are so cavalier they don't listen to customers when they tell them a special tool is needed to jack their vehicle and they just bowl on in and do it anyway and cause hundreds of dollars of damage to your vehicle because they're not paying attention. Exotic import vehicles have special jack points which I informed them of and ask them if they had the right tool and they said they did and then they broke the jack points on my BMW. Each side will cost me $200.

I came in with a flat tire today! They were busy fixing another car but they quickly help me! Great customer service and very helpful! Good pricing!
