Four years ago I use to go here regularly for car repair. If I was rating them back then I’d give them a four. They did a quality job but maybe were a little bit more expensive than local shops. I went in the other day to have a serpentine belt replaced with a pulley. They quoted me at $600. I know the median price for that repair is around $200 give or take. I refused service and they wanted $35 just to look at it! Today I went down the road and had another shop do the job for under $200. Sebago Lake wanted 3X what it was worth. I was in a bind and I honestly would have been happy if they did it for $400. It’s not hard to see why it’s easy to fit on their schedule. Look past the air of legitimacy. I’ve had a interesting experience over all. They definitely do good work here but here’s the story: I got stuck in a situation where my car had already been towed here and they were aware that I used my last free AAA tow to get the vehicle there and I was kinda stuck. They charged 40% higher than I was quoted pretty much anywhere else. Even slightly higher than the dealership would have charged. But the cost of getting a new same-day tow was going to bring up the cost and add additional logistical issues. The job was in the $700 range and the gentleman who sold me the car covered the costs because he felt bad about the situation. Then They raised the cost. so I was stuck paying the difference on top. Apparently some how I supposedly left the lot having paid $50 less than I was supposed to

My parents take their vehicle here so I gave it a try. From the first phone call they were friendly and helpful. Made an appt for an inspection, an oil change and a general checkup. All maintenance was performed as promised and within the time it was promised. Best part was the very reasonable price!! That's a lie. The best part was the friendly service!! Think I'll keep my old car just so I can go back.

I took my car in to find out what it needed for a sticker. i left both the drivers and pass windows down about 4-5 inches. They had told me that all I needed was my airbag light to turn off and new rear breaks. All well and good I thought, so I had them get to work on the airbag. Came to pick the car up and for some reason the trim on my driver side window had broke off........ was working great before I left it. Then when I asked them about it they said they put the window all the way down (why i dont know) didnt do it but would fix the problem tomorrow but not be happy about it. Asked if they had time for an alignment started explaining the place I was at had their machine blow a piston as I showed up for my appointment. I was the cut off by him and told to keep crying because I’m not going to find anything today and that I need to get on someone’s books instead of calling around. Overall pretty rude I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as it seems they are comfortable being rude to people on the phone looking to pay for service.
