A little bit disappointed to be writing this review . I usually get my skylights from Kathy all of the time . We had a mis measurement on a vented skylight for a customer and needed to order the same skylight but smaller . Kathy ordered the skylight and it arrived with the opening on the wrong side of the skylight . I tried to resolve the issue with Kathy , however Kathy persisted that I gave the instructions to put the hinge on the other side

Very happy with my experience. Cathy is a knowledge sales person that works with you to sort through multiple options. By explaining the code, price structure for different sizes, and pros and cons of each model making decision for me as a home owner was easier. Much better deal than Home Depot!!

Cathy was a great help. We wanted a skylight in our attic and she helped us chose which one, gave us some names of roofers who could do the job and the product was delivered when promised.
