Seguin RV

We purchased our Coachmen rv there 6 years ago. We blew a tire a year ago and finally got around to replacing the fender shirt that was destroyed. It took about a month,, but parts finally arrived. Freight cost exceeded the part part cost. I expected that, but it would have been much better if the dealer could have been able to quote, or at least estimate freight cost.

DO NOT think about buying from these lying ppl, we talked to them for a week and let them know we were driving from six hours away to buy a camper from them. Was approved but needed "extra" proof of residency (which was provided to them days before) and was told by a guy that they would pull the unit in to clean it and check it over so it could be ready to go when we get there. Upon arrival the camper still had not been pulled in for service or cleaned, then was told our original sales guy had quit then they changed the story to they had to fire him (neither of which is our problem) then they tell us it would take two or three days to get ready, so we left and called them every other day for a week to figure out what they were gonna do to make this right and they have done nothing but giv

I was in the process of sending them a down payment, actively messaging with the sales person after spending a day walking around their lot, when they said oh sorry it’s sold already. These guys are lying scammers who wasted a ton of my very limited time, a wise person would avoid them at all cost. Fair prices but overall customer service is lacking told us our camper was ready to pick up to finalize purchase and it wasn't. Black tank was full, no keys to the camper, jack wasn't functioning properly. Prices bring you in but customer service kills the deals.

Legitimatly the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I had an agreement, in writing, and discussed personally with the salesperson and sales manager, only told be ghosted and told "the owner decided to pass". I had left a deposit, had an agreement in writing and ordered things for the motorhome. The worst part was telling my kids. We had this exact motorhome and have been looking for a long time. I spent $600 on accessories and told my kids after having an agreement. They refunded my deposit, but, their reply that they dont do arrangements on motorhomes is laughable, glad to post texts and paperwork next if needed? Shady, shady business practices.
