My vehicle was towed here after an minor accident. My car’s suspension and right front fender was damaged. The service rep, Steve Stepps was assigned to my collision repairs so I met with him the morning of (02/26/26). After I asked a few questions (repair time, what parts will be used & etc.) he turned to me and said “this isn’t a good fit for us.” He explained that he didn’t think I should get my car fixed with them. As if he owned the shop. Due to my concerns, he just dismissed me and didn’t want to even start my estimate. After specking to the shop management, the manager apologized and started to prepare documents for the service estimate. I’ve been to this auto body shop many times and had excellent service. This is no exception. They continue to provide excellent service and I would recommend them to anyone. Their work is top-notch and the paint color matches perfectly in my opinion. Even flowing from plastic to metal it continues to match. Nice friendly people. Professional, clean courteous. Keeps me informed with every step of the way so that I’m not guessing or wondering.

Steven was great in assisting me all the way though the process, he was comforting as well as informative about the entire process. the communication & Updates were very helpful in keeping me abreast of the status Steven even got me a ride over to the rent a car office, had a issue with my Drivers License 🪪 & they even dropped me off at the DMV that’s going above & beyond phenomenal service Steven was Awesome

Alexis was excellent at walking me through what was needed and the whole process as well as keeping me informed as work was being done. I had to use them twice in the span of two months as I was rear ended twice- each time was seamless. Work was done within a few days and my baby looks as good as new!
