Select Insurance Group Tampa

Canceled my policy with select Insurance Group in December. I am still receiving emails from ascendant insurance claiming I owe them money and I have a policy with them that I canceled 2 months ago I will be calling select and ascendent today and reminding them that I canceled my policy in December and I will not be paying another dollar. Avoid this company at all cost. Thank God I have the email proving. I canceled the policy. But this is some underhand shady stuff they're doing, claiming that I will go to collections over a policy that I canceled 2 months ago. Crazy, scam avoid this company at all cost.

Carmen is unhappy with her own life, I'm assuming. She was rude while I maintained a polite composure the entire process of signing up for insurance. I requested a refund and Carmen stated, "Okay, you're wasting my time," and hung up on me.

Had them for about 8 months. First had a 6 month plan, which when that was over and I go to the sign now a clean driver at 25 they're telling me they have to raise my rate. No hesitation. Then I go to cancel I ask the girl on the phone 3-4 times do I need to do anything please let me know, she said no just sign the email I did. Come to find a month I still owe theses people more money. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

I don't LIKE this insurance company they are not senior friendly....by that I mean I feel I got tricked into signing up with them I told them I was on a fixed income & get my money at a certain time each month was told if I could prove that they would change my Due Date...put my down payment. next month comes & it's not time for my Social Security I get cancelled Will not have money till after late payment date so to reinstate my policy will cost me extra money. Will not be staying with this company. NOT SENIOR FRIENDLY
