Self Car Wash

Great place. No frills, but everything works well, not very expensive to clean your vehicle inside and out. Good time allotments for your coin deposits allow for a clean vehicle without spending a fortune as long as you don't mind doing the work yourself. Location and facilities are clean and maintained, and I've never had an issue with anything not functioning. Large asphalt areas allow for wiping/drying of vehicles outside of the wash bays. Vacuums work well. Change machine has always worked. Never a problem. Go wash your vehicles here and keep Monroe's roads full of clean cars!

This car wash should have been closed today. First of all, the change machine did not dispense all of the quarters for the amount of paper money I put in it. Second, there was not enough water pressure to rinse the soap off of my car. I had to leave with a soapy car and go pay again to have my car rinsed off. There is no attendant on site nor signage to be able to call someone to make this right.

If you want to get a quick rinse for 25 to 50 cents which will get you 40-80 seconds, it's fine. Otherwise, drive to lino's car wash for a much better overall wash with higher pressure. Same price there with 50 seconds per 25 cents.

You get time and a half with a golden dollar and the pressure is not that great. There's usually sand caked in the brushes(not the washes fault). There's usually holes in the hoses and the handles to everything is sticky from whatever cleaners are used. The place is fine for a quick wash but not recommended for actually getting your car clean.

Bays were very dark, even on a bright sunny day. Floor of bays are broken up and full of trash and debris. No big trash cans, just 5 gallon buckets or empty kitty litter containers. Positive, washers start after just one quarter. No need to load up $1.25 or more just to wash something small.
