Selking International Trucks - Fort Wayne

I've not yet used the truck repair side or purchased a truck from them, but I do buy parts from them, Ago is my go-to parts man! He goes the extra mile for me on finding parts for my "antique" trucks 😂 and I often get them delivered to my place. Just all around great guy, has good communication, and actually puts in a lot of effort to find what I need. I'm not some big-time trucking guy, I just have some old trucks to fix up, and he doesn't just dismiss me. Thanks for all your work Ago, and time waisted trying to find me parts that I don't always buy 😄 I really appreciate it.

Fast fair and knowledgeable. Charged what the labor actually was not what some program says they can charge you. Will come back.

With my experience I can not trust Fort Wayne location not to mention over 10,000$ lost with having to stop 4 times to get a fifth wheel fixed. Also you never know when you are being told the truth or someone is luring to you. I prey I never have to use this location again. Also spent 2000$ to have work done which should have been free warranty work. I think this location either needs some serious training or a whole new crew. Also bought a new seat there. They couldn’t lube it and when I went back for the third time to get the fifth wheel fixed I told them to grease the seat and then when picking it up they still didn’t but they did lie to me and said they did

I had a good experience with Selking International. The voltage started spiking on my 2016 International Lonestar. Thankfully I was able to make my delivery in Ft Wayne in the morning and went to Selking afterwards. They informed me that it would be two days before they could look at it. I was a little frustrated by that news but was not surprised by seeing the amount of trucks on their yard. Two days later my truck was the first one in the shop. They diagnosed it and quoted me to replace the cinch wire from the battery to the alternator. I approved the repair and Selking called me later that day to tell me that I needed a new alternator as the cinch wire port on the alternator fell out when a wrench was put on it. I was again frustrated and began to believe that they were just thr
